Our very own Cortney T. has been chosen as one of the Top 5 Nebraska Poets to present her poem "Silence in My Apartment" at the State Capitol on Friday, May 4th. The Poetry of Place Writing Competition is sponsored through the Nebraska Writing Project. Numerous entries are submitted from across the whole state and Cortney is one of the select few to be honored for her amazing writing. Great job!
